Winter Wine Fair - Thursday 29th November 2012, 6-9pm, Shalford Village (upper) Hall
A great chance to taste from a range of over 100 wines chosen with Christmas and the festive season in mind. Wines will be selected from across the range, with many new and interesting offerings including Champagne and other sparkling wines plus dessert wines and ports.
Tickets cost £5.00 in advance but this is refundable off any case purchase placed on the evening.

Japanese Sake Masterclass - Thursday 6th December 2012, 8-9.30pm
This should be a fascinating evening. Expert Bruce Perry, who has recently returned from a visit to Japan, will conduct a tutored Sake tasting explaining the different terminology found on bottles, how it is made and the differences between the styles.
This will most likely take place in the shop. Tickets are £5.00.
